So last week we shared with you our big news… our company is now called Brigade Bookkeeping. We are so excited about our new name! But whether or not to take this step was tough; it sure wasn’t an easy decision. Now we want to share with you why we chose to rebrand, which may be something you might be thinking about for your own business.
You’ve heard the saying, “in the right place, at the right time.” Basically, we rebranded because it was the right time to better define our firm’s services and our style. Although many of the members on our team are accountants, who happen to be bookkeepers, that wasn’t reflected in our company name. Many potential clients automatically discounted our services, thinking we solely were accounting professionals.
The name Brigade Bookkeeping truly defines what our company is. We are bookkeepers, who use real time remote bookkeeping tactics, technology and years of experience to keep a company financially running.
Brigade Bookkeeping’s powerful real time bookkeeping helps us do our job effectively, accurately and efficiently, so our clients don’t have to hire a full-time controller. That means we do the numbers for you at a fraction of the price.
Finally, the name Brigade Bookkeeping means you get our team, our “brigade,” to fight for you. When you put up a fight, you do your best to win. We hope to win the battle of cash flow for you, sending your invoices out and keeping your books clean.
I am now the commander-in-chief of the new Brigade Bookkeeping. But our brigade will continue to do what it does best and that’s handle your bookkeeping needs so you can keep your company running.
